Showroom Launch Campaign

Many Exhibitors run their own digital marketing campaigns to announce their new showroom openings. If you need advice or examples of successful campaigns, feel free to contact us. Residium can also collaborate with you on your launch campaign to ensure it reaches the right audience.

Launch Events

Hosting a showroom launch event has proven to be highly effective for many brands. We can assist with the planning and extend an invitation to our database, making it a perfect opportunity to celebrate your new location. Additionally, we waive after-hours hire fees and staffing charges for showroom openings.

Notify Your Stockists & Merchants

If your brand is stocked or specified by merchants or retailers, encourage them to refer clients to your Residium showroom or bring clients in to specify products in person. Many Exhibitors regularly conduct merchant training sessions and events at Residium, which helps merchants utilise the space effectively. Your showroom at Residium is an ideal environment to support their sales efforts. With your permission, we can also provide customers with preferred supplier information on behalf of your brand.

Professional Showroom Photography and Videography

All new showrooms are professionally photographed on a quarterly basis, and we will provide you with up to five shots upon completion. However, the timing may not always align with your showroom opening, so we recommend arranging for professional photography, including detailed shots, for your marketing needs. We can connect you with experienced interiors photographers at various price points. Videography is also a valuable tool for your digital marketing strategy.

Showroom Guides

Please provide Residium with a detailed specification of your showroom, including all products and materials on display and used in your showroom fabrication. We maintain a comprehensive showroom guide for specifiers and team training purposes. You will also receive a copy of your Showroom Guide for your own use.

High-Quality Marketing Collateral

Leads at Residium are primarily generated through brochure distribution. Brands offering high-quality brochures and catalogues tend to have the highest brochure request rates. Visitors often want to review brochures before taking them, and business cards or single-sheet brochures are less favoured.

Effective Showroom Signage and Labelling

Showrooms with high-quality product labelling generate more leads than those without. If it’s relevant to your brand, comprehensive product information readily available on-site makes specifying much easier. We also recommend installing trackable QR codes to monitor interactions from customers who may not request brochures.

Product Training with the Residium Team

We will schedule a comprehensive product training session with our team. This helps us address customer inquiries effectively and ensures our marketing team uses the correct language when discussing your products and services.

Staff Your Showroom

Make the most of your space by staffing your showroom! If your showroom is predominantly unmanned, consider maintaining regular hours on a weekly or monthly basis, which we can advertise on your behalf. Website Updates

Update your website to include information about your Residium Showroom. Many of our Exhibitors have dedicated online showroom pages featuring virtual tours, product lists, and design information to encourage visits. You are welcome to use Residium Brand Assets on your website.

Google Business Profile

Create a Google Business Profile for your Residium Showroom to improve organic discovery and provide directions. If you have more than one New Zealand showroom, add Residium as a new location. Use your primary customer service phone number rather than the Residium main number, and add showroom imagery to enhance your profile.
