The next Residium Build + Design Day is taking place on Saturday 17 October 2026. Build + Design Day is our flagship open day, connecting homeowners, renovators and design enthusiasts with the experts and products inside the Residium showrooms. The event continues to attract a highly engaged audience researching new builds and renovations, along with architects, interior designers and industry professionals. If your brand is planning related activations or launches around the same time, please let us know so we can help promote them.

EVENT TIMES

• Date: Saturday 17 October 2026

• Doors open: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

• Exhibitor arrival: Please be on-site by 8:30 am

• Family-friendly: Kids’ entertainment will be running during the event.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Please email hollie@residium.co.nz with the following:

• Showroom Staffing: Can you staff your showroom on 17 October, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm? Even partial coverage is welcome.

• New Products: If you have new products launching or recently introduced, please send details and imagery so we can include them in the marketing campaign.

• Exclusive Promotions: If you would like to offer a special promotion or discount, we can include this in the Build + Design Day Event Guide.

• Showroom Activations: If you'd like to run a demonstration, product launch or presentation, please let us know.

ACTIVATIONS

Expressions of interest for in-showroom activations are welcome any time. We may also host short design seminars in the Conference Room. Topics that work best are broader homeowner-focused design advice rather than highly technical presentations.

PACK-IN & PACK-OUT

Products and displays can be delivered ahead of time or packed in on Thursday or Friday.Saturday access: Residium opens at 7:00 am. Please be set up by 8:30 am.Pack-out: From 4:00 pm onwards (not before). If you need access outside standard hours, contact Hollie or Deepish.

HOSPITALITY

• Chairs available at Reception

• Exhibitor kitchen available

• Food trucks on-site

• Free barista coffee throughout the day

PARKING

• Exhibitors - Please park off-site so Level 3 parking is reserved for visitors.

• Nearby options include Wilson Parking at 70 The Strand and surrounding street parking.

• Visitors - Level 3 parking is reserved for guests. Alex will be parking warden.

VISITOR REGISTRATION & LEADS

All pre-registered visitors will be recorded in our database, and walk-ins will register on arrival.Brochures are welcome in showrooms. If you'd like to capture additional leads, consider using a sign-up sheet or digital form. Prize donors will receive a list of entrants the Monday after the event.
