Build + Design Day

Saturday 17 October 2026

Residium Build + Design Day is our flagship open day, connecting homeowners, renovators and design enthusiasts with the experts and products inside the Residium showrooms. The event continues to attract a highly engaged audience researching new builds and renovations. We are excited to launch the line-up…

THE PROGRAMME

  • Activations: Moodboarding workshop, bath salts stations, flooring design sessions, a new Resene paint display and Kids Zone.

  • Expert Talks: Our Designers Lounge is back and we have Klaus Todt from Liv+ offering complimentary design consults.

  • Hospitality Trucks: Duck Island Ice Cream, barista coffee, Hello Mister Vietnamese street food (sponsored by Rinnai) and drinks thanks to Pals and Elta Ego non-alcoholic cocktails.

  • Prizes: great prizes generously offered from Hafele, Social Light, Milanese Interiors and Wolf & South - plus giveaways from RAAD.

  • Sponsors: special thanks to Rinnai and Resene for being our event sponsors.

EVENT TIMES

  • Date: Saturday 17 October 2026

  • Doors open: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

  • Exhibitor arrival: Please be on-site by 8:30 am

  • Family-friendly: Kids’ entertainment will be running during the event.

PARKING

  • Exhibitors - Please park off-site so Level 3 parking is reserved for visitors.

  • Nearby options include Wilson Parking at 70 The Strand and surrounding street parking.

  • Visitors - Level 3 parking is reserved for guests. Alex will be parking warden.

VISITOR LEADS & BROCHURES

With around 500 groups expected on the day, we are unable to capture leads for you on Build + Design Day. We encourage you to capture your own leads on the day for follow-up, and you are welcome to give out brochures on your stands.
