Doors open to visitors: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Exhibitor arrival: Please be on-site by 8:30 am where possible
Family-friendly: We have plenty of kids’ entertainment organised — feel free to bring your little ones!
Parnell Design District: Neighbouring Parnell showrooms have requested involvement, so we’re trialling opening Build + Design Day up to the surrounding streets. We’ll have a full list of confirmed showrooms soon but so far we have inclusion from. Most of these brands are in the furniture space so it will be a great compliment to what we’re already doing:
PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS AT YOUR NEAREST CONVENIENCE.
Please email hollie@residium.co.nz with your responses:
Showroom Staffing: Can you staff your Residium showroom on 11 October from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm? Even partial coverage is welcome.
Prize Donation: Can your business donate a prize? Contributions big or small are appreciated — we’d love to top last year’s prizes.
New Products: Do you have any new products that will be available on the day? Send details and imagery so we can preview these during our Marketing campaign.
Exclusive Promotions: Can you offer an exclusive discount or promotion for visitors to be published in our Build + Design Day Event guide? If offering a discount code, we recommend it is valid
Showroom Activations: If you’d like to run a demonstration, product launch, seminar or similar, let us know your ideas!
ACTIVATIONS & SEMINARS
Expressions of interest for IN SHOWROOM activations are open now. If you have an activation or initiative you’d like to do on Build + Design Day, email hollie@residium.co.nz. We’re open to hosting seminars in the Conference Room if you have an idea, though Build + Design Day is best suited to broader design topics. Anything too technical may not resonate as well with a homeowner audience in “discovery” mode.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
