Build + Design Day

Residium Build + Design Day is our flagship open day, connecting homeowners, renovators and design enthusiasts with the experts and products inside the Residium showrooms. The event continues to attract a highly engaged audience researching new builds and renovations. This year’s theme is all about getting Summer Ready from sprucing up the home for Christmas, to beachy non-alcoholic cocktails on offer and prizes galore…

EVENT TIMES

  • Date: Saturday 17 October 2026

  • Doors open: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

  • Exhibitor arrival: Please be on-site by 8:30 am

  • Family-friendly: Kids’ entertainment will be running during the event.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Padgett will reach out to you to confirm your level of involvement:

  • Showroom Staffing: Can you staff your showroom on 17 October, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm? Even partial coverage is welcome.

  • New Products: If you have new products launching or recently introduced, please send details and imagery so we can include them in the marketing campaign.

  • Exclusive Promotions: would like to offer a special promotion or discount to drive conversions?

  • Sponsorships: alternatively, we have sponsorships available for coffee/food trucks (which always go down a treat!) ranging from $500-$2k investment. Sponsorship includes naming rights, prominent brand exposure across all event marketing and promotional activity, on-site signage, and recognition as a valued supporter of the event.

HOSPITALITY

  • Food trucks on-site

  • Free barista coffee throughout the day

PARKING

  • Exhibitors - Please park off-site so Level 3 parking is reserved for visitors.

  • Nearby options include Wilson Parking at 70 The Strand and surrounding street parking.

  • Visitors - Level 3 parking is reserved for guests. Alex will be parking warden.

VISITOR REGISTRATION & LEADS

All pre-registered visitors will be recorded in our database, and walk-ins will register on arrival. Brochures are welcome in showrooms.
