Our Meeting Rooms and Conference Facilities

At Residium, we offer two meeting rooms that cater to groups of all sizes. Whether you are hosting a small team meeting or a large corporate conference, our facilities provide the perfect environment to foster collaboration and success. Located in the heart of Auckland, Residium is easily accessible by public transport and has ample parking options. You can also take advantage of nearby hotels, restaurants and entertainment options for a well-rounded event experience.

Boardroom

Fully Equipped: Our Conference Room is fully equipped with the latest technology, including high-speed internet, audiovisual equipment, custom furniture, kitchenette and whiteboard.

Comfortable and Stylish: The room features ergonomic seating and modern decor, creating a professional and inviting atmosphere. The room also features automated blinds and flexible lighting options.

EXHIBITOR RATES:

  • DURING OPEN HOURS = $0 between 8am - 5pm

  • OUTSIDE OPEN HOURS = $105 per hour before 8am and after 5pm

  • EVENT STAFFING OUTSIDE OPEN HOURS = $30h per staff member required

  • AFTER HOURS CARPARK ACCESS = $90h

Advanced AV Systems: Benefit from high-quality sound, a Samsung projector, and large screen to ensure your presentations are impactful.

Acoustic & Lighting Design: We’ve collaborated with Autex Acoustics and Nomadtika to install premium acoustic systems for all day comfort. Our custom designed lighting system by Lightplan gives you flexibility.

Flexible Layouts: Rooms can be configured to suit your needs, from boardroom settings to classroom-style arrangements.

  • DURING OPEN HOURS = $0 between 8am - 5pm

  • OUTSIDE OPEN HOURS = $140 per hour before 8am and after 5pm

  • EVENT STAFFING OUTSIDE OPEN HOURS = $30h per staff member required

  • AFTER HOURS CARPARK ACCESS = $90

Exhibitor Functions at Residium

Customizable Spaces: We encourage all our Exhibitors to organise and host their own events in their Residium showroom spaces. Adjoining spaces and common areas (Reception, Conference Room, Function space) are all available for brand specific functions out of hours, or during open hours in some cases.

Professional Support: Our Events team can assist you with the planning and logistics of most event types. Talk to us about product launches, showroom openings, cocktail events and training sessions.

Glassware, catering & furniture: We have access to a range of glassware, serveware and furniture for complimentary use by Exhibitors. We can connect you with reputable caterers and other vendors who are familiar with our spaces.

Event Marketing: In some cases Residium is able to market your event for you. Our segmented contact lists allow us to send invitations to trade and residential databases on your behalf, and to advertise your event online.
