This is where you can access the leads generated from Residium. When the initial contact form was submitted, you specified who would receive a username and password to retrieve these leads. To add another user, contact yvonne@residium.co.nz. You can have as many users as you like.

You can personalize your password by clicking ‘Change Password’ on the left-hand side of the Welcome page once you’ve logged in.

You’ll receive notifications about new leads immediately, daily, or weekly, depending on your preferences. Additionally, we send a weekly reminder every Monday to prompt you to log in and check any leads from the weekend.

Visitor Registration

Every visitor to Residium will be asked to register at Reception. If a visitor shows interest in your products—whether by requesting a brochure, asking questions, attending a consultation, visiting your showroom, or requesting further contact—their information will be provided to you as a lead in iHIVIS.

At registration, we collect the following information:

  • Name

  • Suburb

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Type of visitor (specifier/homeowner/developer/student, etc.)

  • Type of project (new build, renovation, etc.)

Our team is very successful at registering visitors, with only 2% of general visitors declining registration or marketing contact.

  • Where a group of people visits Residium, we register one person in the group. If, at the end of the visit, multiple people from that group request brochures, we will do our best to register all brochure takers.

  • Specifiers coming on their own or with clients will be registered but often don't require brochures. Where a specifier asks a question or makes a brand-specific enquiry, we will put that information into iHIVIS for you with notes.

  • Visitors who say they're coming to see one showroom specifically will be offered brochures before they get to your showroom to assist with product selection when they get there.

Residium hosts approximately 1,000 event visitors per month for seminars, trade events, private conference room bookings, and industry groups like eBoss, NKBA, ADNZ, NZIA, and NZGBC. These visitors don’t register at Reception unless they request a brochure. If you host your own event and would like the guests to appear in your leads dashboard, please let us know or provide a guest list in advance.

Lead Generation

Visitors come to Residium both to browse and for specific purposes. Notably, 66% of our audience are return visitors, coming to Residium 2–5 times for their projects.

  • Leads via Brochure Request: After registering, visitors receive a brochure request form and map, allowing them to select which brands they are interested in. When the visitor finishes exploring the Centre, they hand in the form in exchange for an Exhibitor brochure. Each time your brochure is requested, the visitor's contact details are shared with you as a lead. While visitors may return to your showroom multiple times, they typically request a brochure only once. We make an effort to identify the brands that interest return visitors and note these return visits in your iHIVIS records.

  • We encourage every Exhibitor to provide high-quality, value-adding marketing material in the form of brochures or catalogues for visitors. We distribute take-home marketing material and samples through Reception rather than from individual showrooms to ensure visitors don’t bypass the brochure request system.

  • Appointments & Consultations: When you or your team hold consultations or client meetings at the showroom, we either register clients upon arrival or collect their contact information from you after the meeting. Your Sales Manager might find iHIVIS useful for tracking appointments and consultations conducted at Residium by your representatives or sales staff. If you'd like us to enforce this strictly with your team, please let us know.

  • Events: For events like our seminar program, Build + Design Day, or other marketing activations where leads are generated, we typically provide these leads via Excel or .csv files, rather than through iHIVIS.

Bypassing the iHIVIS System

We encourage you to include QR codes and other platforms for sharing details about your brand and products in your showroom space. This enhances the visitor experience and allows them to engage with your brand during their visit. However, these interactions don’t generate leads in iHIVIS, so it's important to track them separately. Additionally, many visitors may take photos or videos without requesting brochures or additional information, which can also bypass the iHIVIS system.


iHIVIS USER GUIDE

iHIVIS is a straightforward system. When you log in you’ll see a leads summary and some general messages from the Residium Team. All the key leads information you need is accessible from the menu on the left.
