Leads collected at Residium are accessible via a site called iHIVIS.

Accessing Your Leads

This is where you can access the leads generated from Residium. When the initial contact form was submitted, you specified who would receive a username and password to retrieve these leads. To add another user, contact yvonne@residium.co.nz. You can have as many users as you like.
You can personalize your password by clicking ‘Change Password’ on the left-hand side of the Welcome page once you’ve logged in.
You’ll receive notifications about new leads immediately, daily, or weekly, depending on your preferences. Additionally, we send a weekly reminder every Monday to prompt you to log in and check any leads from the weekend.
Visitor Registration
Every visitor to Residium will be asked to register at Reception. If a visitor shows interest in your products—whether by requesting a brochure, asking questions, attending a consultation, visiting your showroom, or requesting further contact—their information will be provided to you as a lead in iHIVIS.
At registration, we collect the following information:
Name
Suburb
Email
Phone
Type of visitor (specifier/homeowner/developer/student, etc.)
Type of project (new build, renovation, etc.)
Our team is very successful at registering visitors, with only 2% of general visitors declining registration or marketing contact.
Where a group of people visits Residium, we register one person in the group. If, at the end of the visit, multiple people from that group request brochures, we will do our best to register all brochure takers.
Specifiers coming on their own or with clients will be registered but often don't require brochures. Where a specifier asks a question or makes a brand-specific enquiry, we will put that information into iHIVIS for you with notes.
Visitors who say they're coming to see one showroom specifically will be offered brochures before they get to your showroom to assist with product selection when they get there.
Residium hosts approximately 1,000 event visitors per month for seminars, trade events, private conference room bookings, and industry groups like eBoss, NKBA, ADNZ, NZIA, and NZGBC. These visitors don’t register at Reception unless they request a brochure. If you host your own event and would like the guests to appear in your leads dashboard, please let us know or provide a guest list in advance.
Lead Generation
Visitors come to Residium both to browse and for specific purposes. Notably, 66% of our audience are return visitors, coming to Residium 2–5 times for their projects.
Leads via Brochure Request: After registering, visitors receive a brochure request form and map, allowing them to select which brands they are interested in. When the visitor finishes exploring the Centre, they hand in the form in exchange for an Exhibitor brochure. Each time your brochure is requested, the visitor's contact details are shared with you as a lead. While visitors may return to your showroom multiple times, they typically request a brochure only once. We make an effort to identify the brands that interest return visitors and note these return visits in your iHIVIS records.
We encourage every Exhibitor to provide high-quality, value-adding marketing material in the form of brochures or catalogues for visitors. We distribute take-home marketing material and samples through Reception rather than from individual showrooms to ensure visitors don’t bypass the brochure request system.
Appointments & Consultations: When you or your team hold consultations or client meetings at the showroom, we either register clients upon arrival or collect their contact information from you after the meeting. Your Sales Manager might find iHIVIS useful for tracking appointments and consultations conducted at Residium by your representatives or sales staff. If you'd like us to enforce this strictly with your team, please let us know.
Events: For events like our seminar program, Build + Design Day, or other marketing activations where leads are generated, we typically provide these leads via Excel or .csv files, rather than through iHIVIS.
Bypassing the iHIVIS System
We encourage you to include QR codes and other platforms for sharing details about your brand and products in your showroom space. This enhances the visitor experience and allows them to engage with your brand during their visit. However, these interactions don’t generate leads in iHIVIS, so it's important to track them separately. Additionally, many visitors may take photos or videos without requesting brochures or additional information, which can also bypass the iHIVIS system.
iHIVIS USER GUIDE
iHIVIS is a straightforward system. When you log in you’ll see a leads summary and some general messages from the Residium Team. All the key leads information you need is accessible from the menu on the left.

On your Welcome Page, you will see a quick snapshot of your monthly leads as well as:
General and personal messages from Residium.
Upcoming public events for the month.
Any follow-ups you have set within the CRM system.
The orange menu on the left side of the Welcome Page provides quick access to all the information you need to manage your leads, including visitor information, a CRM system, site info, your editable contacts list, and a Residium Staff list.

The Leads tab displays all the leads generated over the past 30 days. Key features include:
Export to Excel: Download the leads in an Excel format.
Choose Dates: Select a specific date range for targeted lead retrieval.
Site Information: If your company has more than one site or site number, these will be listed in the first column.
Add to CRM: Click this button beneath the lead name to add any contact to our in-built CRM system.
Details Column: View detailed information provided by each lead, such as the stage of their project, the type of visitor they are, and the type of project they’re working on or their reason for visiting.
Notes: This is where we include any relevant information about the visit or the visitor, including the reason for visiting, samples taken, questions asked, etc.
Quick-View Leads Menu: View all leads for the last week, last month, last 6 months, or last year in one page view.

The CRM tab is a basic CRM tool to help you set reminders to contact leads. Add leads into the CRM from the “Add to CRM” button on the Leads tab. If you would like to integrate iHIVIS with your existing CRM system, please contact us about API integration. Features include:
SET: Log the type of communication made, contact date, and any notes from the communication. You can set follow-ups on nominated dates. These follow-ups will appear on the Home Page of iHIVIS when they are due. Always click "Update Record" to save your changes.
SET TO TODAY: Quickly update your lead record on the date contact is made. Clicking "SET TO TODAY" will change the status from “Not Emailed” to “Emailed today's date”.
FILTER: Filter follow-ups by overdue or to follow up within the next 7 days.
REMOVE FROM CRM: Remove the lead from the CRM system.

The Account tab provides a quick glance at your site numbers. Where your showroom features multiple brands with multiple brochures, you may have more than one showroom number so you can distinguish which products your leads are interested in.

The Contacts tab allows you to update the contact details of you and your team and to change the type of contact each team member gets and for what. The contact types are:
Everything: Receives all Residium related communications.
Director: Indicates role within the company.
Leads: Has an iHIVIS login and is emailed notifications when leads become available.
Brochures: Will be contacted when we need more marketing material for distribution.
Maintenance: Person in charge of display maintenance.
Sales: Your sales reps who we may contact if visitors have specific questions.
Marketing: The person responsible for marketing within your organization.
Accounts: Will be contacted for any financial correspondence.

The Contact Us tab provides quick access to the Residium contacts list with staff information.
