Puerto Collection
Considered Curves & Sculptural Forms
Drawing on the expressive curves of coastal architecture from Puerto Escondido in Mexico, and the confident, playful language of 1970s design, Puerto elevates hardware as an architectural element rather than a finishing touch. Puerto embraces a maximalist sensibility, defined by its generous proportions and pill-shaped forms. Sculpted in solid brass, the collection explores rounded geometry, exaggerated scale and tactile weight as a deliberate departure from minimal, sharp-edged hardware.
Puerto is conceived as a complete whole-of-home collection, allowing its sculptural form to flow consistently across doors, cabinetry and sliding door applications. Each piece is designed to sit naturally alongside sculptural features, and richly textured materials such as timber and stone.
The Collection
Puerto Cupboard Knob
The Puerto Cupboard Knob is spherical and sculptural in form, with soft, gently rounded edges that invite touch. Smooth to the hand, its solid shape provides a comfortable and intuitive grip for cabinets, cupboards and drawers, making everyday interaction effortless.
The design is defined by a solid spherical form that echoes the bold geometry and softened curves found throughout the collection. Its balanced proportions create a sense of quiet presence, allowing the knob to act as both a functional object and a considered design feature within contemporary spaces.
Minimal yet distinctive, the spherical design adds depth and character without ornament, enabling it to integrate effortlessly into contemporary interiors while elevating a simple functional detail.
Puerto Cabinet Pull
Bold in proportion and sculptural in form, the Puerto Cabinet Pull transforms joinery into a deliberate design statement. A smooth, tubular handle is set between two rounded supports, creating a silhouette that balances strength with softness.
Crafted from solid brass, the pull has a reassuring weight and tactile presence, designed to be seen, touched and repeated across cabinetry. Its curved geometry brings warmth and rhythm to kitchens, robes and built-in furniture, sitting comfortably within contemporary, coastal and mid century leaning interiors.
Available in six sizes and finishes, the Puerto Cabinet Pull can be paired with the Puerto Cabinet Knob to extend the collection’s narrative across all joinery applications.
Puerto Privacy Turn
The Puerto Privacy Turn brings intention to a typically understated piece. Defined by a solid spherical thumb turn, its rounded form reflects the collection’s focus on bold geometry and softened curved edges.
Crafted from solid brass, the Privacy Turn features subtle concentric detailing and is paired with a matching emergency release that is both functional and discreet. The layered form adds depth without ornament, allowing the design to sit comfortably within contemporary interiors and across Iver’s existing collections.
Confident in proportion and refined in execution, the Puerto Privacy Turn delivers a considered design moment through touch, weight and form proving that even the smallest elements contribute to the overall architectural expression. It can be paired with the Puerto Lever to introduce privacy to interior doors, making it ideal for bathrooms and other private spaces.
Lever on Rose
The Puerto Lever on Rose is defined by bold proportions and softened geometry. Sculpted from solid brass, its pill-shaped profile and rounded edges draw on the expressive curves of coastal architecture from Puerto Escondido in Mexico. Designed to be both seen and felt, the lever’s generous scale brings a sculptural presence to doors, while its smooth, tactile finish enhances everyday use. As part of the Puerto whole-of-home collection, the lever sits cohesively alongside a matching door pull, sliding door hardware, cabinetware and accessories, creating a unified architectural language throughout the home.
The Puerto Lever is available in six finishes and can be purchased as a Passage, Privacy or Entrance Kit.
Puerto Door Pull
The Puerto Door Pull takes inspiration from the design thinking of the late 1970s, when sculptural forms and solid materials were used with confidence and restraint. Its generous circular form and substantial proportions give the piece a reassuring presence, transforming a functional element into a defining design moment.
Crafted from solid brass, the pull is supported by rounded legs that create both strength and visual depth. The curved geometry and weighted feel bring tactility to the door, while the circular silhouette introduces rhythm and softness to the façade.
Designed to be seen and touched, the Puerto Door Pull delivers a strong first impression, expressive, playful and grounded in form. Available in six finishes, this piece is part of the Puerto whole-of-home collection.
